OAKS INFORMATION

The financial module of OAKS (Ohio Administrative Knowledge System) will be implemented July 1, 2007. OAKS will affect the way you do business with State Printing and Mail Services. Information regarding printing and OAKS implementation will be updated on this site

Commercial printing jobs will be entered in OAKS with the business unit of PRT01. A valid OAKS requestor must be entered on the Printing Request Order. Agency approvers may search for their printing jobs by searching on the "requestor" field. Another search tool is the Requisition Name field. State Printing will enter the Agency code - Agency Reference Number - and State Printing Job Number in the Requisition Name field.
