Declaration Regarding Material Assistance/Non-Assistance to a Terrorist Organization

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. If a bidder uses an express mail or courier service, the bid number must be clearly marked on the express mail or courier envelope or must be enclosed in a sealed envelope inside the express courier service envelope, with the bid number clearly marked on the inside envelope. A bid that is not properly and clearly marked and is inadvertently opened before the scheduled bid opening time, will not be evaluated for contract award.
